Please note that your billing address must be the same as the one on your credit card statement.
We deliver to many countries all over the world. However, you may have to pay customs duties once the package reaches you. These charges cannot be controlled beforehand and we are not able to predict them in advance. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible.
Customs policies vary greatly from country to country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Customs may also delay the delivery of orders. Again, this is not our responsibility.

Returns of purchased items must be returned to us within 7 days. The product must be properly protected, in its original packaging, unused or unworn, with all accessories, operating instructions and documentation. The customer will have to bear all shipping costs for returns and exchanges, as well as paypal payment fees.
The procedure is as follows:
- The client sends an email to info@LaurianeLeplattenier.com
- Items must be returned to us in perfect condition with the return label.
- Make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with the label and seal still attached.
- The customer shall return the goods at his own expense to the following address:

The product is checked by the seller who will validate or not the refund, in particular by checking that the product has been returned complete and in a state suitable for its re-marketing, as provided for in the right of withdrawal. If the goods meet the return requirements, they may be refunded. If the goods do not meet the return requirements, they will be returned to the customer who cannot be refunded.
The return period is 7 days from the date of receipt of the package, the stamp of Swiss Post being proof of the date of receipt.
