YOU WANT TO RESELL YOUR CLOTHES

Start by sending us an email to the following address: info@laurianeleplattenier.com

You must include in the mail:

  • the model
  • the size
  • the color
  • the date of purchase
  • photos of the garment (natural light, sharp and small defects if any)

These photos allow us to see if it is possible to take back your clothes in the state they are in. It is essential for us to offer second-hand clothes in excellent condition .

WE ONLY TAKE BACK LITTLE WORN OR VERY WELL MAINTAINED CLOTHES OF THE BRAND.

SHIPPING & VOUCHER
The shipping of the clothes you want to resell is at your expense.
 
As soon as we are in possession of the item, we check that it is in good condition and that it can be resold as second hand. If it is not, we return it to you.
 
If it corresponds to our sales criteria for second-hand, we provide you with a voucher valid for one year for the Lauriane L'Eplattenier brand.
 
Trade-in prices are calculated according to the purchase price and the condition of the garment. 
Second-hand items are sold at a higher price than the price at which we took it over. Indeed, this allows us to pay for cleaning, packaging, photos and website.
